Proven relief…since 2017

Clients are reporting consistently positive outcomes, particularly in pain reduction, mobility, and overall quality of life. Many have experienced noticeable relief after the first session, with continued improvements over a followup “ReBalance” session scheduled four weeks out.

My journey of helping people through the Cervical Muscle Release technique began in 2017. Since then, this technique has successfully treated 105 people in Kansas and across the Midwest, demonstrating reliable results across a diverse client base.

Key reported results include:

  • Reduced neck and upper shoulder tension
  • Improved cervical range of motion
  • Decrease in tension-related jaw discomfort
  • Better posture awareness and muscle balance
  • Enhanced relaxation and reduced stress levels

Several clients with chronic neck stiffness related to desk work, stress, or previous injury noted sustained relief. Overall satisfaction remains high, with clients describing the technique as both therapeutic and deeply restorative.

Did You Know That Texting Is Hazardous To Your Neck?

Our addiction to mobile phones has created a painful hazard.   Note to self:  “text neck” is real and it IS a pain in your neck.   Better known as “forward head position”…

Cervical Muscle Release

…text neck literally adds ten pounds for every one inch forward your head sits.

TEXT NECK

…The most common postural shift identified by massage therapists.  As our head moves forward it becomes functionally heavier.  The human head gains 10 pounds of weight for every inch that your head is positioned forward and down.  A simple head position of two inches forward and you are now adding 20 pounds of head weight just sitting on your painful shoulders and back.

Yoni Whitten, DC, writes in the ABMP journal that the supporting muscles of the head have to work much harder. “It should not be possible for the joints of the spine to move normally while held in a forward head position.”   This is a real problem we face today.

YOU CAN CORRECT THIS PAIN IN THE NECK

Correct your posture and get out of the habit of looking down at your phone.  Daily check-in’s with yourself when standing, seated and walking matter.  You have the power to stop that pain in your neck.  Body posture and awareness makes a difference in our quality of health and life.

#CervicalMuscleRelease may be your answer to functioning head positions.
